Can it work without a continuous internet connection?
The application is offline-ready for core local workflows. Persistent cloud synchronization requires an internet connection when backing up or restoring data.
Does it support partial Udhar payments?
Yes. A bill can retain an opening payment, remaining balance, due date and multiple later installments with complete payment history.
Can staff and owners use the same pharmacy record?
Yes. Staff accounts can be linked to an owner pharmacy. Role controls reserve selected financial and administrative actions for the owner.
Is medicine extraction a medical AI result?
No. OCR-assisted extraction is an input workflow and every field must be checked by a qualified user. It must not be used for diagnosis, dispensing or clinical decisions.
